When the scrap was originally ready for selling the market had collapsed, so Geoff held onto the scrap to wait for better times. The market has now improved so he negotiated a good price on behalf of CAT and sold it. Scrap collection as a fund raiser was proposed by Gordon and Mary King and was then taken up by Geoff; it is an amazing result and Geoff must be congratulated for all his efforts.
