Nick Harvey, MP for North Devon, has written to John Hutton, Secretary of State for Business Enterprise & Regulatory Reform, expressing his concern that the composition of the current working group examining the potential health effects of giant wind turbines is likely to come to a conclusion which might not be in the best interests of many of his constituents who are destined to be living in the shadow of such developments in North Devon.
